Refund and Returns Policy

At Tipsy Nepal, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be occasions where returns or refunds are necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., different brand, volume, or category than what was ordered).
- The product was damaged or broken upon delivery.
- The product is expired or compromised in quality upon opening (proof required).
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the seal has been broken without a valid reason.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you experience a problem with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You can report the issue through:

- Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) for faster processing.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued in the following ways:
- Store Credit: Issued instantly and can be used on your next purchase.
- Bank/Wallet Refund: Takes 3–7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
Refunds are only applicable if the issue is verified by our support team.
4. Return Pick-Up or Exchange
If a return is required, we will arrange for pick-up of the item at no additional cost (within our delivery zones). Alternatively, a replacement product can be sent as per your preference and availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been opened or consumed.
- Items returned after the 24-hour reporting window.
- Promotional or discounted products (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Items with tampered seals or packaging due to customer handling.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. For urgent cancellations, please contact our support immediately.
